Assentire Limited was established to support the development of Organisations and Individual Clients, enabling Continued Personal Development (CPD) and support for Behavioural Change. The journey to this point benefits from more then 25 years working with Engineering Teams and International Corporate Managers, working through major restructuring programmes as a result of market re-alignment and M&A integration activities. This in-depth practical knowledge is complemented by sound theoretical underpinning in Business Administration and Coaching and Behavioural Change at the Masters level.
On our journey we realised that there is also the need for support within the Coaching and Consultancy community to enable them to better support their clients.
Assentire Ltd also brings to the market a range of services for other Coaching and Consultancy practices to support them in performing their day-to-day activity. Delivering support services for Individuals and Teams using several profiling frameworks available via our bureau service.
Our desire to support the industry goes far beyond the norm, providing corporate level back-office Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for both the Coaching and Consultancy community, to aid their effectiveness in a challenging market place.
